Peter Canny

Peter Canny is a facilitator, trainer & coach with particular expertise in the area of leadership & team development. Peter is dedicated to developing holistic leaders who are equipped to handle the complexity of their role and are mindful of the impact of their own state of mind and behaviours.

A sought-after organisation development consultant, Peter has extensive experience working across all sectors and industries.  Peter is skilled in the formulation of learning programs, analysis of training and learning needs, and the delivery, review and assessment of training initiatives. His coaching practice has supported hundreds of leaders to elevate their practice and contribute more effectively to their organisations. He is a charismatic and popular facilitator whose warm sense of humour and commitment to enhancing the daily work experience of his participants ensures they learn in a positive and sustainable way.

Peter also gives of his time freely to a number of community based organisations supporting both youth and adult development.

Peter's formal qualifications include Bachelor of Adult Learning & Development (Monash University); Diploma in Workplace Training and Assessment Systems; Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training; Certificate IV Transport & Distribution (warehousing); and Six Hats Thinking Method from the Edward De Bono Institute.  Peter has trained in performance and transpersonal coaching with Sir John Whitmore, is accredited in Spiral Dynamics integral® (SDi®) Level 2 and also the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Steps I & II. He has trained in elite facilitation under Dr Stephanie Burns and Theory U with Otto Scharmer. He recently attended a workshop with Peter Senge in Boston. 

 

Renee Callander

Renee has a broad base of experience in management, training, facilitation, and coaching. She has held various roles managing people and projects. She has designed and delivered programs across a range of content areas for private organisations, TAFE’s, RTO’s, community centres and the general public. As well as working with professional development and leadership content areas, Renee is committed to promoting wellness and mindfulness.

Renee is a warm and genuine person with many years of experience in education and wellness. Renee believes wholeheartedly in 'walking her talk' and therefore enjoys learning alongside her clients and always seeks to embody what she promotes. She is popular for her natural way with people and her clear and engaging delivery style.

Renee has completed a Bachelor of Adult Learning and Development, post graduate studies in Wellness and is a qualified Yoga and meditation teacher. Over the years Renee has trained in customer service, project management, leadership, and coaching. Additional studies and influences have included Traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine and philosophy, exercise and nutrition, behavioural and positive psychology, Buddhism, mindfulness and meditation.
